Beth is a certified raw food educator and health coach who has worked in international relief and development in South Asia, South America and the Arab Gulf/Middle East. She is trained in trauma, critical incident stress management, depression and disaster relief. Raw foods and essential oils have become her favorite things in her life to share with other people.
In 2003, Beth lost her mom to cancer, and a few years later (during the recession) she then lost her job as the Deputy Director for a non-governmental organization in Washington, DC, that partnered with other NGOs to go into some dangerous places to get children out of slavery and prostitution.
As a result of both of these life-changing events, she felt strongly compelled to do something meaningful with her life, again. – Something that made a difference in this world.
So she decided to combine her knowledge about the power of nutrition and her desire to help people and companies that are doing great work to do it even better, and thus she is now the forthcoming author of Live Raw, Serve More. The Wellness Guide for Cause-Driven People.
In order to be the best at what she does, she studied with some of the top mentors and teachers in the field of raw and living foods.
During her time in nutrition school, and while studying with these mentors, she learned everything she needed to know in order to live the healthiest and happiest life, and just as importantly – how to pass this onto others.
